DESCRIPTION
Bok Choy is the most popular type of Chinese cabbage, and for good reason! The texture of its leaves and stems is crunchy and juicy with a mild, slightly peppery flavor. Best served sautéed in a stir-fry, simmered in a soup, or grilled on its own.

- Once the first leaves appear, choose the largest plant, remove the others by hand or cut them at the base with small scissors. (thinning) See the growing guide.
