DESCRIPTION
Han Jiang, also known as Napa, is a Chinese cabbage with thick white ribs and crinkled yellow or pale green leaves. With both a delicate flavor and texture, Han Jiang can be used raw in salads, stir-fries or made into kimchi!
PLANT CARE
- Once the first leaves appear, choose the largest plant, remove the others by hand or cut them at the base with small scissors.
- Han Jiang cabbage will reach its full size after approximately 35 days. Harvest full size or just the leaves after 35 days.
- Cut individual leaves from the main stem starting at the bottom. (side crop to control expansion)
